Nope. All that needs to happen is to add the mix, water and any other ingredients (you supply any alcohol), pour it in the machine and watch the magic happen. The machine does the rest!
Not at all! We will show you how to make the first batch and leave you everything you need to make more. Just let us know how many batches you anticipate making. You are never charged for unopened mix!

Each five gallon batch makes approximately 75-80 nine ounce frozen drinks.
Our experience shows that if you use the smaller cups, there is less waste. With larger cups, as your guests talk their drinks will melt and they will pour out the melted drink and get a fresh one.
Our experience shows that at least half of your guests will drink frozen drinks even if there are other choices available. We suggest one batch for every 30 guests. Extra mix is available with delivery and is fully refundable if the seal is not broken.
Indoors it will take about 30 or 40 minutes. There is a small wait between batches. You need to add the next batch of mix as soon as the light comes on. Outside on warm days it can take longer, sometimes up to 2 hours for the first batch to freeze. To help things along, if you will put 3 gallons of water in the fridge and have it cold by the time we get there, the first batch will freeze much easier.
We recommend reserving at least two weeks out, but during peak times (Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4, New Years Eve, Halloween) you may need to book it sooner.
